Terms of Engagement

This agreement is between; House Price NZ Limited and You (the Client)

Monthly Subscription

  • The Client agrees to sign up for a month by month subscription
  • The Client’s subscription will automatically renew each month, unless notice is received that subscription is not being renewed
  • If the Client wishes to cancel their subscription, 30 days notice in writing is required
  • Subscriptions can be made for a period of longer than one month on request


  • Product prices are accurate at the time of this letter being issued.
  • The service offered by House Price NZ Limited is that of real estate appraisal leads generated in the Clients selected area.
  • Price changes may occur at House Price NZ Limited’s discretion, but the client will be given one months notice of this leading into their new billing cycle.
  • The Client “subscribes” to a postcode, who has exclusive rights for leads within the postcode.
  • Only one Client per postcode.

Intellectual Property

  • All documentation is the property of House Price NZ Limited and is only to be used by those active subscribers of the service.
  • Documents cannot be copied, reproduced, republished, or publicly distributed.

Minimum Timeframe

  • The Client will complete all e-appraisals for all leads within 48 hours of receiving the leads details – or call the property owner and make contact if there is to be a delay.

Customer Contact

  • The Client will ensure now undue pressure is applied to those requesting e-appraisals.
  • The Client will respect if the property owner does not want to be contacted, or does not wish to work with the Client.


  • While every endeavour has been made to supply accurate information and material the accuracy of this information and material cannot be guaranteed, particularly as this information is subject to change. House Price NZ Limited take no responsibility for the consequences of any action or inaction arising from the information and material provided
  • House Price NZ Limited does not accept any responsibility or liability for inaccurate appraisals given to the customer, by the client, and issues that may arise from these errors.
  • The client subscription can be cancelled at any time by House Price NZ Limited’s discretion, if the client is deemed to be abusing the service or bringing House Price NZ Limited’s name into disrepute
  • The director of House Price NZ Ltd. is a licensed salesperson under REAA 2008.


  • Invoices will be paid in advance to lead generation going live
  • Late payment fees may be incurred
  • The client will be liable for the cost of debt recovery should the client default on payments
  • Invoices are to be paid within 7 days of the date of the invoice
  • Invoices will be issued on the 20th of each month for the upcoming month.
  • A penalty of 15% will occur for each month the invoice is over due.

Why House Price NZ for Leads?

The way we go about getting leads is slightly different to other companies. We don’t try to rank highly in Google, or pay for key words – in this day and age, up against the big real estate companies, it is pretty pointless.

We are 100% Kiwi owned and operated and deigned specifically for the real estate industry with over $750,000,000 in property appraisals in the last 6 months.

We go about gathering leads passively, popping up in front of people who may not, at this very second, be looking at selling but are curious. We target people to get in front of as many eyes as possible, and to bring in as many leads as possible ranging from people looking at selling right now, through to just curious about their properties value so that you can add them to your database.

We push out that we use real local area experts, not computer generated algorithms (which we all know salespeople battle with from either end of the fight, buyers and vendors) – and that people can find out the value from the comfort of their home, without the pushy sales pitch (so if you’re a pushy salesperson, sorry but this system isn’t for you).

We market ourselves to different postcodes, and you as the salesperson can book out your farm area postcodes exclusively. We only allow one salesperson per postcode.

Pricing is $250+GST per postcode, per month.
