Why House Price NZ for Leads?
The way we go about getting leads is slightly different to other companies. We don’t try to rank highly in Google, or pay for key words – in this day and age, up against the big real estate companies, it is pretty pointless.
We are 100% Kiwi owned and operated and deigned specifically for the real estate industry with over $750,000,000 in property appraisals in the last 6 months.
We go about gathering leads passively, popping up in front of people who may not, at this very second, be looking at selling but are curious. We target people to get in front of as many eyes as possible, and to bring in as many leads as possible ranging from people looking at selling right now, through to just curious about their properties value so that you can add them to your database.
We push out that we use real local area experts, not computer generated algorithms (which we all know salespeople battle with from either end of the fight, buyers and vendors) – and that people can find out the value from the comfort of their home, without the pushy sales pitch (so if you’re a pushy salesperson, sorry but this system isn’t for you).
We market ourselves to different postcodes, and you as the salesperson can book out your farm area postcodes exclusively. We only allow one salesperson per postcode.
Pricing is $250+GST per postcode, per month.
